DO WE HAVE INSURANCE?
Absolutely, Safety is our main priority! We have Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind. If you require a copy of our Insurance certificate please let us know.
WHAT ARE OUR BUSINESS HOURS?
We are available to take bookings 7 days a week, we operate Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Closed public holidays.
HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?
There are a number of ways you can contact us to make a booking, including our website, Facebook or our contact phone number.
DO I PAY A BOND?
We do charge a bond which is refunded at the end of the event if the jumping castle or fun food machines are returned in good condition.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?
We except Direct Deposit, ensure payment is paid 7 days prior to your event or Cash on delivery.
HOW LONG CAN I HAVE MY BOOKING?
Our all day hire hours are between 9.00am to 5.00pm. Drop off and pick up times are varied within these hours depending on other bookings we have. Confirmation of your booking drop off and pick up will be made 48 hours prior to your event.
CAN I HAVE MY BOOKING FOR A FEW EXTRA HOURS?
This option is available during Daylight Savings time only from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Pick up times are varied within these hours depending on other bookings we have. Extended hours fee $10 per Item per hour.
CAN I HAVE OVER NIGHT HIRE?
Yes, you can. Our overnight hire starts from 6.00pm and will pick up the following morning. Over Night Hire incurs a $50 surcharge. Please ensure you have adequate lighting to ensure the safety of your guests.
CAN I HIRE THE JUMPING CASTLE ON COUNCIL GROUNDS?
Yes, you can. You will require approval first from your local council and provide us a copy of the certificate. If you do not have access to adequate power we can provide a generator at an additional cost.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Yes, you can, there is no cancellation fee.
WHAT ABOUT POOR WEATHER?
The castle is weather permitting. In the case that it is raining or high winds we may have to cancel the castle booking as our Insurance does not permit this under the Australian Standard Safety Laws. KIDS @ HEART Jumping Castle staff reserve the right to cancel any booking if deemed unsafe to proceed due to the Weather conditions, unsuitable environment or any other situation that staff deem as a risk to safety.
IS DELIVERY INCLUDED?
We deliver free of charge between Thirroul and Shellharbour. For all jumping castles and fun food machines price includes delivery and instructions of use.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP AND PACK UP A JUMPING CASTLE?
It takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes to set up and pack up a jumping castle.
WHO SETS UP THE JUMPING CASTLE?
KIDS @ HEART Jumping Castle staff will set up and pack up the jumping castle.
WHAT ACCESS IS REQUIRED?
We require direct access to your property, walk way must be one meter wide free from steps.
If there is steps or steep slope please let us know when making a booking.
WHAT POWER SOURCE IS REQUIRED?
We need access to a power point (not a power board). If you do not have access to adequate power we can provide a generator at an additional cost.
DOES SOMEONE NEED TO SUPERVISE THE JUMPING CASTLE OR CAN I HAVE SUPERVISION?
You will require an adult to supervise the jumping castle or if you would like supervision KIDS @ HEART Jumping Castle staff can supervise at an additional cost.
DO YOU ONLY SETUP ON GRASS?
We can setup on a number of surfaces including grass, concrete, synthetic turf or Indoors. all options other than grass requires us to bring additional equipment and Incurs a hard surface fee.
WHO CLEANS THE FUN FOOD MACHINES?
There is no need to clean the Fun Food machines as KIDS @ HEART Jumping Castle staff will do all this for you to ensure a care free experience.
Please note, as a condition of use we would ask you to abide by the following rules whilst on the jumping castle:
- No Food or Drinks
- Silly String
- No Shoes
- No sharp objects including toys, keys etc.
- All of our jumping castles are dry hire and are not suitable for water balloons or soap suds.
